Can your Finance and Administrative experience make you a key part of our international health charity?
Our medical teams respond to health emergencies following disasters, disease outbreaks and war. We are seeking an experienced Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our HQ team to provide excellent financial and general administrative support.
The successful candidate will join a small and friendly finance function playing a key role supporting every aspect of the charity’s work by ensuring the smooth implementation of financial and administrative processes. You will bring experience of working in a finance / administrative support role and will be used to working with electronic financial ledger systems. You do not have to have qualifications in finance, but if you hold or are working towards AAT (or similar) qualifications this may be an advantage.
You will combine your previous experience working with financial accounting processes and procedures with excellent attention to detail to make sure that your work is accurate and precise. You will be good at working in teams as well as working independently with limited supervision. Your excellent communication skills will ensure that you work well with our suppliers, donors and customers as well as with colleagues and the doctors, nurses and other health professionals who make up our membership.
