About this course

UK-Med has two training pathways depending on your experience when you join us. Aspiring members of our Register who have no prior humanitarian experience will undertake the Selection Training and Deployment Course. However, if you already have some experience, then you’ll undertake this Essential Response Training instead.

  • You’ll learn what a deployment process entails
  • You’ll understand how we will prepare you for your first deployment.

This course takes place online. There are five self-directed e-learning modules which will take around four hours to complete, and a live one-day zoom event at the end of the training.
