Great Manchester Run 2021

The Great Manchester Run returns this September with a 10K and Half Marathon through the city’s streets, cheered on by entertainment zones that celebrate local character and culture along the way. The iconic event soaks up Mancunian spirit and is televised live on the BBC.

Team UK-Med needs runners who have their own place in the event so head to The Great Manchester Run to sign up and fill in the form below to join the team. You’ll get fundraising support, an enthusiastic cheer team on the day, and a UK-Med t-shirt to wear with pride.

UK-Med’s vision of a world where everyone has the healthcare they need when crises or disasters hit has never felt more urgent. Right now, UK-Med is on the ground in two of the world’s most challenging places – Yemen and Myanmar.

Your support will help us reach more patients in Yemen, as COVID-19 continues to strain an already overwhelmed health system. In Myanmar we are adapting to the changing situation, planning a programme of training and support for health staff- but we need you. When disaster hits, help us get expert health staff where they’re needed fast, and save lives.
