📍 Land’s End – Bristol – Manchester – Glasgow – John O’Groats
1000 miles. 5 relays riders. 4 days. 3 hospitals. 1 challenge.
Natural disasters, disease outbreaks and conflict can hit at any time. The people affected are often the world’s poorest and most vulnerable. We believe that they deserve the highest quality emergency healthcare. With your support, our teams and training can save lives.
Up for the challenge?
Join our relay team to complete the epic route in just four days – usually it takes ten! This is a significant physical challenge which will see cyclists rotating shifts and maintaining a 12mph pace. Our target for the event is £10,000 – enough to pay for a needs assessment team to deploy immediately when a disaster hits and identify the best way for UK-Med to respond. We’re asking each relay cyclist to aim towards raising £2000 for UK-Med – and we’ll be on hand to offer you fundraising advice and support along the way. Sound like the challenge for you? Get in touch.
