UK-Med Register – WASH Engineer

Are you an experienced humanitarian WASH / Watsan professional, capable of implementing WASH systems for health facilities?

Role: WASH Engineer

Hours: Register role, so no guarantee of work.  If deployed, work will be full-time.

Pay: If deployed, starting rate expected to be GBP808 – GBP929 per week (GBP3500 – GBP4025 per month)

Location: Able to travel internationally at short notice

  • How many years of experience do you have in humanitarian WASH roles?
  • Please describe any experience you have of managing WASH in health facilities in low resource environments (150 words maximum)
  • Please describe any experience you have of design and delivery of technical components of WASH in humanitarian responses (150 words maximum)
  • Please explain how you plan to be available for deployment with UK-Med i.e. what are your commitments e.g. work, family and how can you be confident that you can leave these at short notice? (150 words maximum)
