WASH Advisor (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene)

Role: Wash Advisor (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene)

Hours: Full-time

Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 Annual Gross

Duration: Permanent

Location: UK based – Remote

Travel: Frequent travel both within UK and overseas, and including weekend working and overnight stays

UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity. Born of the NHS, we’ve been working for over 30 years towards a world where everyone has the healthcare they need when crises or disasters hit.

As our WASH Advisor, you will ensure that all aspects of humanitarian WASH are incorporated across all stages of our programming.

You will have a proven track record in humanitarian WASH in emergency responses, including disaster and/or outbreak responses, and particularly focused on WASH in existing or temporary health facilities. Experience in the assessment and implementation of Infection Prevention and Control measures (IPC) would be advantageous.
