Our HQ teams are at the forefront of our emergency responses and programmes, ensuring we get the right people and equipment in the right place, at the right time. Teams include Health, International Operations & Logistics, Learning & Capacity Building, Communications & Fundraising and Support Services (such as HR, Finance and IT).
We have a global register of skilled health and humanitarians based across the globe and ready to respond at a moment’s notice. The diversity of our members is our strength, ensuring we have the right skills and experience to meet our emergency responses every time.
We also recruit directly into our long term programmes (such as our Gaza and Ukraine responses currently). These are vital for the success of our long term programmes and better suited for team members who are looking for longer term humanitarian opportunities.
