Support Us

You can help save lives in emergencies by donating to UK-Med.

When health services are overwhelmed by disasters, disease outbreaks or conflict, your support can get expert health staff to where they’re needed fast.

Where your money goes

The funds you raise help us be on the ground within hours of an emergency, help where the need is greatest and stay for as long as we’re needed.

Every donation has an impact

  • £25 could buy one blood pressure cuff to check on the health of hundreds of people
  • £100 could buy a large surgical pack including gowns, gloves and facemasks to help perform a life-saving surgery
  • £222 could buy a trauma kit, including bandages, dressings, PPE, foil blanket, syringes and needles, and pulse oximeter
  • £1,200 could buy an emergency defibrillator machine which could make the difference between life and death
  • £12,000 could buy a tent for a small field hospital providing triage, routine check-ups or care for children
  • £25,000 could run a large field hospital for a day treating hundreds of people in an emergency like Gaza

We rely on donations from people like you, to get our teams to the frontline fast. Your donations then help us raise further funds from governments and UN agencies, who also trust us to deliver when it matters.

  • Be on the ground within hours of an emergency: Your donations meant we were on the ground within 72 hours when Hurricane Melissa hit Jamaica. We were then able to raise a further funds from the UK government, helping 2,262 people get the healthcare they needed over a six-week response.
  • Stay for as long aswereneeded: Your donations have kept our Ukraine programme running over the past four years, standing firm and helping provide over 60,000 healthcare consultations for people living near the frontline of the conflict.
  • Help where the need is greatest: Your donations helped expand our activities in Gaza following the ceasefire in October 2025 whilst we fundraised with partners to help with longer-term funding. The new clinics are treating thousands of people every day.
